They say it hard to anticipate the consequences of a event beforehand, i say “Hell Yeah ! Chances are they get better” 
Despite the panic created by the scheduled heavy power cuts ( reaching upto 16hrs/day ) , i now feel it’s one of the best things that has happened since my graduation !
